Suzanne Hickel

Suzanne Hickel serves as the Director of Client Services at Preferred Care at Home, where she focuses on strengthening operations and supporting franchise owners in delivering exceptional client care. Suzanne began her journey with Preferred Care at Home in 2009 as the owner of Preferred Care at Home Alaska. During her time as an owner, she earned Top Producer recognition multiple times, reflecting her dedication to both operational excellence and compassionate service. In 2023, she sold her location and transitioned to the corporate team, where she initially served as an On-Site Liaison before stepping into her current leadership role. Today, Suzanne works closely with franchise owners to assess operational efficiency and provide education and guidance on client-related programs, helping ensure consistent, high-quality care across locations. Outside of work, Suzanne values her faith and cherishes time with her husband and grown children. She also enjoys traveling, spending time at her remote cabin, playing golf, and continuing her pursuit of perfecting her pickleball game.
