Ashly Luckose

Ashly Luckose is the General Counsel for Preferred Care at Home, supporting franchise owners with licensing, contracts, policies, compliance, and labor law. He earned his BA in Journalism and his JD from the University of Miami School of Law. Born in India and raised along the East Coast, Ashly has been with the company since 2014 and works closely with owners to simplify the legal side of running a home care agency. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking with his family (sourcing most of his salt locally in Knoxville from the tears of Tennessee football fans).
