Matthew oversees territory development, training transitions, and corporate communication, ensuring franchisees have the resources they need to be successful. A University of Tennessee alumnus with a degree in HRTM and Business, Matthew blends professional precision with a passion for service. When he isn't streamlining operations, you can find him outdoors, at a concert, or traveling with his family.
