Ethan’s professional journey within the company is defined by hands on experience. In 2015, he stepped into the front lines of the industry, owning and operating a local agency. This period was instrumental in shaping his leadership style. By managing the day-to-day complexities of caregiving, client relations, and business growth, he gained a “boots-on-the-ground” understanding of exactly what franchise owners face. Today, Ethan bridges the gap between high-level corporate strategy and practical, everyday execution. He focuses on streamlining processes and providing the operational roadmap necessary for agencies to grow without losing the “people-first” heart of the brand. His goal is simple: to ensure that every Preferred Care at Home location has the structural integrity to provide world-class care while building a sustainable, thriving business. When Ethan is not working, he enjoys staying active with his wife, Lauren, and playing pickleball.
