Jody Guerrieri is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Preferred Care at Home, a nationally recognized home care company committed to helping seniors remain comfortably in their own homes. In 1984, Jody and her husband, Frank Guerrieri, launched their first home care agency with a simple mission: to provide compassionate, dependable care that allows seniors to age in place with dignity. While the company has grown into a national franchise, that mission continues to guide everything they do. As CFO, Jody oversees the financial health of the organization and leads strategic initiatives designed to support and strengthen franchise owners across the country. She is deeply committed to setting partners up for long-term success—because when franchise owners thrive, families receive better care. At her core, Jody believes that home is everything, and that thoughtful, well-supported care can make a lasting difference in the lives of those who need it most.
