Emily Cupp is the Social Media and Communications Manager at Preferred Care at Home, where she supports franchise owners in building a strong, consistent, and engaging online presence. A proud graduate of University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Emily joined the team in May 2025 immediately after completing her degree. During her time at UT, she served as Director of Philanthropy for Kappa Delta, helping raise over $200,000 and developing a deep passion for community impact and meaningful connection. Today, she brings that same energy and dedication to the Preferred Care at Home family. Emily focuses on keeping franchise social channels active, professional, and engaging, managing Facebook and Google Business Profiles while ensuring consistent, high-quality content is shared each week. She also supports page setup and content strategy, working closely with the creative team to maintain a cohesive brand presence across all platforms. Outside of work, Emily enjoys baking sourdough bread and spending time with her TikTok-famous cat.
