Why Should I Become a part of the Preferred Care at Home Family of Franchise Owners

Part 1: Experience

I am often asked, “Why should I purchase a Preferred Care at Home franchise over others?”  As it is in any business, the integrity and expertise that separates that company from the rest starts at the top.  For the past 25 years, (see Founders Story) I have personally developed successful home care businesses from the ground up in various locations of the country.  This has taught me real life lessons on:

1) how to effectively market our services to key referral sources,

2) how to position ourselves as leaders and not followers in the senior home care industry,

3) what are the ingredients of a quality brand,

4) what are the key tools of the trade,

5) the do’s and don’ts of home care business ownership,

6) the importance of superior customer service, and

7) how to secure business in a competitive environment

Care for the elderly or ill requires absolute compassion, absolute commitment toward excellence, and absolute industry specific credibility.  These are the skills awarded to every Preferred Care at Home franchise owner.  Our team of professionals makes sure that each and every owner is nurtured, developed and equipped to become experts in their own community.

In future blogs, I will continue to systematically cover these specifics to the Preferred Advantage of franchising.  Next, I will be discussing how branding plays another key advantage of a Preferred Care at Home franchise.

Your questions and comments are welcomed as we tackle this all-important topic.

I’ve been looking for a business that requires management more than anything. I’m interested to know more details about your business model, revenue structure, support (i.e. CapEx, OpEx, Marketing, etc.) and your roadmap. My background is on business technology with 15 years experience in brand management, strategic marketing management, and software applications development.

I hope you can send me some detailed documentations based on the requirements I said above. We can sign NDA to protect your documents.

    Thank you,
    Vince
